I had to pay R1200 at ER on the 9th of May (in the event I'm not admitted) but i was admitted. They then told me to phone once I'm out to arrange for the amount to be refunded. I've now tried from the 12th to get hold of someone to answer the phone. Looks like when you request your money back they put you on a continuous loop from one to the other. Next will be a letter of demand and you will be liable for extra costs.
