Bad Service!!!

<p>My Dad went from a normal person standing in my house on Sunday 15 May to a very ill man in 4 days! Today 19 May we as a family of 4 (3 children and my dad's fiancé) were told from one of the docters working on my dad that he is a very ill man and that we must prepare our selfs for the worst witch took us by surprise in 4 days...so we cried maybe every 5 minutes and i am very sure that is normal for a close family and because my dad has never been in hospital before so we not use to him being sick! Then we phoned my grandmother of 85 to tell her that she must come as we were told my that is very ill etc...she came during visiting hours to see my dad (and please note she lost her other son 3 weeks ago in the same hospital!) And cried next to my dad's bed...not even 2 minutes later we were all called outside as this highcare manager wanted to see us by the name of Sue! We all went out and got treated like kids!!!! She was rude to us because of all the crying and we were told that she is going to chase us away if we come there again crying! She told my dad's fiancé that her eyes are to red!!! We are very unhappy by the way we got treated in front of highcare were everybody could see and hear as it was in visiting hour! We were told from her that no one knows what is going on with my dad so that was the 3rd story in 2 days from 2 different doctors and her! We are unhappy about the fact that we may not cry even though we were told he might not make it!!!!!and because we were told that we will be chased away!!! We are not kids of 5!! I was also told that i can complain were ever i want to she doesnt care because she makes the rules in that ward!! Well i am definatly not leaving this here Sue and also i dont like the way we were handled!!! My dad is not getting any better but worse by the day!!! How can we not be heartbroken?? Does this lady know what it feels like seeing your loved one like this? Does she even know what love is? Does she know what we going through? Heartbroken and dissapointed to say the least!!!!!! I need something done as we still have a long road ahead of us with my dad there!!!</p>
