BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE FEMALE SECURITY AT THE ENTRANCE

We came from Portugal in the middle of the pandemics because we wanted to have our 3rd baby on the same hospital as we had our 2 daughters. At the entrance the female security lady treated us in a bad and humiliating way, it makes us think how an institution like this hire such bad profissionals. We love our doctor, but unfortunately this awful experience made us regret travelling from so far to have the baby on the very same hospital. We have filled the compliant but i'm pretty sure that no measure will be taken.
