Andrea - Most horrible inhuman hospital staff ever

ICU staff, Andrea to be specific has no people skills whatsoever. My cousin came all the way from Wolmeransstad to see her sister (Mrs Alet Domann) who is in critical condition (stage 4 cancer) only to be told two days in a row that she is not welcome at the hospital and that only the children are allowed; however, ALL other ICU patients receives two and three visitors during one visiting period. My cousin said that she will do a covid test if that would help; she was calm even though she cried because she is upset that she is not allowed to see her only sister; however not once has she spoken rudely to any of the staff; the staff in return basically told her that they do not want to see her at the hospital ever again. Is that how staff who deals with sick people, treat other people? Her sister has limited time left (as told to us by her Oncology Dr Jordaan at the Benoni Oncology centre); how is it possible that immediate family are being refused? Why are staff speaking to immediate family in such a manner?

A Thank you to Mort who has tried to assist us; however Andrea did not want to assist her either.

If this is how immediate family of sick patients are treated, how are they treating the sick patients? I'm too scared to even know the truth.

I want a Manager of the Hospital who Andrea reports to, to contact me URGENTLY for further information. This need to happen today still please as I've mentioned she has limited time left.
