I just find out I have more than the above reference from the same hospital by the same doctor on the same dates around the 6 December of which the above I am currently making monthly payment but still receiving calls. I called the hospital when I got back from maternity leave to make arrangements and find out which accounts I am owing and I spoke to someone who promised me to cancel two accounts because they are from the same doctor plus a month apart but now only to find out that was all a lie and I am owning all the accounts. May I please have detailed accounts and how much I am really owing not in sms but writing or a letter form. I even went there the accounts department is always off and unavailable now I am getting tired of dealing with calls from your debt collectors without having full information on my side.
