Online Purchase-not delivered

Disappointed I did an online purchase for a product called Derma Light -R850 on the 12.10.2020. I did not receive my product as yet. I tried to get a hold of Ashley H who is the owner but to date was not successful. I sent through emails, tried to contact his suppliers/distributor as per his website contact details but was unsuccessful. I sent him a message on facebook, he sent a number to contact which was incorrect and went to another person. He is unreliable and cannot be trusted. I want my money back.
