Terrible service from Glowbox

I order on they instagram page in Dec 2019 which is the only way to order online and it’s now Sept 2020 and I still haven’t received my order. Iv called the owner and she promised to get back to me but never does. Iv sent numerous dm’s asking them about my order but they don’t respond. They have no customer service and literally have ****med me out of my money.
