Glow fest South Africa no refunds for cancelled event

We booked tickets for Glow fest Durban for 16th Dec. The event was cancelled and we were not advised. We got to the venue and then was made aware that the event was cancelled, there was no notification. I messaged on the Facebook page and was told to send me details for a refund. I am waiting since 17th Dec for a refund, my messages, calls and emails.
