UNHAPPY GLOW-capetown client

Ordered shoes, arrived a couple of weeks later. The one pair was too small, and I checked their return policy. E-mails to the company was not delivered. I then made contact via their website. I was told to send a picture of shoes to them - emails did not go through. Back to website. Was then told I have to return the shoes to China - shipping costs will be for my account. If they are happy shoes are undamaged and new, I will then get a refund. Ridiculous!!! Never will I buy from them again. After sales service is shocking!
