Not receiving my items or refund

I have bought an item online on the 25Th of May 2023. Up to now I have not received the item. Every time I follow up promises are made. I have requested a refund as per their refund policy but they refuse to give me a refund. Going to open a case of ***** agains them. Do not support this business!!
