Glow Capetown ****mers

This is a **** company they never deliver your purchased goods. Paid for my goods in May 2023 to date nothing has arrived, sent them numerous emails and I keep on getting unsatisfactory responses. One said delivery should be 9-12 days then the other they blamed courier company and then the last one when I was asking for refund, I was told the shipment should arrive within 21 days if not it is standard policy for them to process the refund. It is more than 30 days still no goods and no refund. What I found out is these guys are ****mers and they pretend to be in Capetown but they are based in China. They mention Capetown just to make you buy from them. I complained on their FB page and alerted ppl to check out Hellopeter before making any payment to these ****mers needless to mention that I have been blocked. So make sure guys before paying your hard earned money to ****mers don't be like me
