GLOW CAPE TOWN

I did an online order for a Tog Bag from Glow - Capetown on 10th July. They received my payment of R750.00. To date I still have not received my order. I e mailed them, and was told they would follow up. They are not answering me e mails now. I think they are a ****, and definitely not a Cape Town Company. Has anyone ordered from them, and received their order?
