Company is questionable

Also known as Capetown Glowy. Purchased an outfit from this companies FB advert on 18 May and to date have not received shipping or tracking details. Video that showcased the outfit actually belongs to Blacktend. My payment went off my credit card without authentication. There are no credible details on their website or FB page which are incongruent. I have emailed them to follow but not confident of a favorable outcome based on my research (which I should have done before purchasing).
