Terrible customer service

Worst telephonic experience, tried making an appointment, they ignore whatsapp messages and hung up in my hear when i called whilst i was speaking. I bring this treatment to their attention on their instagram page and the reply is still rude and inaccurate implying what I'm saying is a lie... Then i ask for a follow up and I'm told ' we apologize again' whereby in our communication there was no apology just her trying to defend their actions. They have absolutely no customer care service training or basic decency in treating an individual.
