Don't pay in advance, rather flush the money down the drain!!

What a frustrating experience.

I got a message from a friend regarding a special they were having, Microblading and Lashes for R1350. I took my chance and made a appointment. I paid the full R1350 and got my eyebrows done but never my lashes. I then asked Natalie if i could possibly leave the lashes and just add R50 to get my eyebrows touched up. ( R1400 for Microblading + Touch Up )

She agreed but yet it never happened. Contacted her several times with no response regarding the Appointment. Then contacted her asking to please pay the difference back into my bank account, she blatantly ignored me. I have contacted her everyday for a week now regarding her paying back the difference into my account. Nothing.

I am Honestly so shocked that someone could be so Unprofessional. I am out of options and don't know what to do about the situation.
