Terrible customer service

I booked an appointment for my girlfriend with them as they are a mobile service, she confirms price and says yes and then rejects as she says she does not feel safe with a man. I was not there. Then she does not take calls, her male partner then calls me and threatens and says if he knew where I lived he would come find me. There service is a disgrace and shocking beyond belief.
