Poor service for a Tombstone

We have been dealing with this company for the last several months just to get a mock up of a tombstone. We paid 75% deposit as requested by the company. They cannot provide a simple mockup even after we given them the whole design. Now we struggle to get our money refunded from them after many emails and phone calls to them. Janine and Evita do not respond and the gate keeper Amber is not much help as she is only a month with the company. I would strongly advice people not to do business with them. Their service are pathetic and you will just waist your time energy and money by doing business with them. We have requested a refund but it seems we have to get our lawyers involved to get the money out of them.
