Mistreatment of deceased

The star selected above comes as a default selection as this platform doesn't allow me to give zero stars as I would have liked. The place mentioned above is a burial ground for loved ones, based in Ottery in Cape Town. This is where I laid my late father to rest, a year ago. A gravestone that we have bought and paid for from this place has not been placed on the grave. A place such as this, should be a final closure for family and not bring further despair and heartbreak to family. It makes things worse that I am living outside of the country. At this point, I am out of ideas on how to deal with this company.
