Gloria memorial park in Ottery worst place to bury a loved one. Poor quality be careful of paying them

Gloria Memorial is the worst. I have never in my life. We briefed them to add a x2 concrete layer on my dads grave and add my grandmother's information on the tombstone in 2020 and to date this job has not been completed. 2021 January we buried my sister and guess what? they call us wanting the business to have a tombstone done. How can we go ahead with this when they cannot complete a simple job of of adding x2 concrete layer and adding copy on 1 tombstone. Next thing you know we will pay and never hear from them. Eleanore, Chanelle and Elvita are all the people whom we spoke to. Not forgetting to mention that they promise to get it done and promise you it will be sorted but they phone you again from their sales department offering you a deal on tombstone - forgetting that they still owe you work that you have paid for. It's so sad having to have this kind of issue and worrying whether your loved ones burial site is well taken care of.
