Eleanor you should be ashamed!!!!

I am utterly disgusted at the services at Gloria memorial. We have been dealing with Eleanor for the past 5 years she should be ashamed to call herself the "person" in charge. My father passed away 5 years ago and yet his tombstone is incorrect, we have made a payment upfront in the same year that he passed. Is there anyone else who I can speak to please and I would like feedback as soon as possible because this is going on way to long if no one is going to help us out I would like our money bac****! Everytime she promises to make it right, WELL!!! It still isn't. So I would like to get to the bottom of this.
