I am so utterly disgusted in the service that has been provided. My brother was buried on the 18th September 2021. He was buried as the 3rd person, with my parents. They messed up the inscription on the tombstone and even made spelling errors, until this day it still hasn't been corrected after promising numerous times that it will be done. But what has really shocked me, Eleanor has been bombarding my baby sister, with whatsapp's and messages, asking her when she is going to upgrade the grave and fix it up etc. She arrived at my sister's house last week, uninvited, with papers for her to sign. My sister ended up paying R3000 and signing the documents to upgrade the grave. We did not want to do it now, as my sister and I were gonna share the costs, and I feel it was very unprofessional for her to rock up at my sister's residence. I will be taking this further, and I want them to refund the money back to my sister. We do not want to upgrade the grave right now, we will do it when we financially able to. You guys cannot force ppl to sign documents and pay in amounts.
