Disgusting Pathetic Service Delivery

I was quoted an amount to pay for a tombstone to be laid on my mother's grave. The amount was paid in full on 1st October 2019, exactly a year after she passed on. I was told that it would take 30 days for completion. In December my brother went to the grave and advised me that the tombstone was incomplete, the plate with my mother's details was laying further away. My father made contact with the lady who handles/deals with the tombstones and was told that they had some issues regarding stock. He was told that they would attend to it. I contacted the lady and she was extremely stroppy with me. I mentioned to her that I was going to take the matter further, she then asked if I was threatening her. Again my dad went to check up and advised me that nothing more was done. He was at the grave yesterday only to find that the tombstone is still incomplete. I am aware that Gloria Memorial utilizes the services of M&Y Tombstones. Not once has someone made any contact with us. This is unacceptable. No work would be done unless payment was made in full. In this case, payment was made, what exactly happened to the money? I feel that they are unprofessional, full of empty promises and this has left a bitter taste among my family. Had I known that they would be this pathetic, I would have approached a more reputable company to lay the tombstone, which I now regret not doing. I demand that the tombstone be completed within 2 weeks and exactly as we requested. Should this not be the case, I will not be leaving this as is.
