Rude

I brought a coffee at Gloria Jean's coffee in Auburn on 14/04/15. I try to put the lid on myself and I didn't put on probably and I asked barista for a tissue he gave it to me from the counter and put the lid on for me then he turn around to other staff and said I try to put on for her but she don't want to and look now she can't put it on and still need me to put on for her in Cantonese in front of me so I said thank you in mandarin hope he notice I understand, after I turn around and he said it again in Cantonese with the same staff again. That's so rude and I don't think that's how you service suppose be not matter the customer understand or not. So I decide not to buy from there no more. Today I buy a Mitchell's coffee and saw my friend at Gloria Jean's Auburn so I seat down have a little chat, another female staff come over at the end and said if you not buying Gloria Jean's coffee you could not seating here, but my friend is buying Gloria Jean's coffee, that's so rude again, so I tell her I get the bad service that's why I don't want to buy from here anymore and she not try to solve it. Just tell me if you not buying the coffee from here you not able to stay here so we left.
