Pathetic & rude staff

I had visited the Gloria jeans in musgrave centre yesterday and to my amazement after giving one of the staff, Anele, a warm and friendly greeting she rudely ignored me and blatantly directed me to the till to place my order! I was then seriously upset as i was with my kids and family and that was very embarrassing! I told her to learn to greet customers accordingly. She then rolled her eyes at me, leaving me hanging at the counter and asked another decent guy to take my order in Zulu! Firstly dear, i own a huge franchise in durban and i clearly understand and speak Zulu very fluently! My staff can vouch for that! Secondly, I was disgusted! Is that how you train your staff to deal with customers instead of offering an apology she turned on her heels and walked away? What a disgrace! I go to Gloria jeans in gateway all the time and I tell u what, she could learn a thing or two from the helpful and polite staff there! What sort of shady characters represent your brand? She needs some serious training or needs to be dumped in the kitchen where she doesn't have to roll her eyes at innocent customers like myself who were just taking her family for some coffee..I demand an answer!
