Breach of contract

My husband bought an item on-line Ref *** on 12/12/2014 which was only delivered after lots of phone calls 22/01/2015 We could not used the item as we thought and decided to return the item With the first call, after they refused to take it back at their stall in Cape Gate.They said it was longer than the 7 days and cannot be returned. After an explanation that it was untrue they said they will send a courier to collect the item Until today 11/02/2015 no one collected or contact us The value of the purchase is R1699.00 Their promises as said on the adverti*****t on TV is very misleading and it is very dangerous to buy on-line That is very different from the shops and I can see that this put the personal in the shops in a very difficult position They never had the intention of paying back because they never bother to ask our bank details My husband is Vernon Mans ***
