I have bought from the 3 times now, the first shipment delayed arrival but i had no problem with the last 2. Communication on the first order was terrible, they just confirmed my order but were not updating me on when i would get my order. But the last 2 i got my tracking code after 5 days and they did try to communicate. he 5star is for the quality of shoe
