Money first Problems later

<p>I paid R550 to have a document delivered ASAP and i didn't hear any word from Globeflight again,i did not get a Tracking number from AZIZA MOOSA and i have had to call 10 times to find out what's happening and THANDI was not very helpful, if i didnt call to find out if the driver is running late i wouldnt even know that Not only was my document NOT COLLECTED yesterday as it should have been well not by Globeflight anyway, because apparently couriers collect on behalf of other companies all the time , i would have been sitting in the dark not knowing that there is NO Driver coming with a delivery!!!, Globeflight took my money and you didnt arrange that i get my documents on time? let alone notify me that I will not be getting my documents, i have called 4 courier companies already trying to track it because its not on their system, i could have paid less to have it delivered in the week but i went for this ridiculously expensive option just to have them laugh in my face </p>
