Worst service ever!
Hi,
I called yesterday for collection at our Sunbake/Foodcorp Pretoria West branch. Parcel never collected! I phoned today to follow up what’s happening and was transferred to Wilson in die Ops department. The worst rudest person I ever spoke to, after your company messed up is this how you treat customers?? Very very disgusted, I’m taking this further with our senior management and is also loading this on Hello Peter for the word to see!

We would like to first of all apologise for the unbecoming treatment you've received from Globeflight employees with regards to the matter you have raised. This is not the norm for any of our clients to be treated this way.
I will be escalating this matter to executive management to ensure that your collection is taken care of and that this incident will never be repeated again.
Furthermore I would like to thank you for bringing this matter under our attention, we do not always get it right but we will definitely make work of finding a solution to the problem at hand.
I have your details from this post and will hand it over to the Pretoria Management team so they can investigate the matter and return to you with a full report and solution.
Thank you once again for speaking up about this and rest assured that this will be resolved as a matter of urgency.
