Worst package handling ever
Heavy equipment (16kg) delivered shortly befire Christmas. Box in poor condition; when I commented, the courier said (sarcastically) "If you don't want it, send it back". Unit has a huge crack in the forged-metal base and multiple other broken parts - this type of damage would not happen from any normal handling - clearly the item was either deliberately damaged or dropped more than once (and from a significant height).
