Worst courier ever!

Worst customer service I’ve ever come across. Their customer service line is absolutely pathetic! When calling, they automatically cut you off after 5 minutes, which makes it impossible to speak to an agent. While holding on- a recording of how “remarkable” their company is, and how they’re the “queen of the crop” keeps playing like a broken record, and then they cut you off after 5 minutes. Companies who genuinely have a great record don’t brag about it on their call center- I’ve never seen such stupidity until now! True when they say that empty barrels make the most noise. Their company is nowhere NEAR the excellence of Fastway, RAM and Aramex, yet all they can do is brag. Actions speak louder than words! And all this time they have the lowest ratings ever! Wow!
