WONT USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN

Won't recommend this courier services to anyone, it's been 3months and I'm still waiting on my belongings to reach Jhb from Robertson in the western cape. They fail to refund me, asked me for all the paper work to refund my missing belongings. And today they send me some sloppy message that COD clients do not qualify for insurance, even though payments was processed before 1 out of 2 boxes reached me. Now they also blaming a different agent that disbatches their goods. Sad that organizations just conveniently stands out of the water
