Very rude staff

They keep phoning me about a package that they *****ed up in November last year. When I once again explained for the 4th time, and asked that they please stop phoning me about it, as they phone me basically every month since November, the rude lady started arguing with me, that no, this is the first time they are phone, which I guess just shows how bad their information system is and explains why they haven't been able to resolve this issue in 5 months now.
