valuable ****** goods and no feedback

My package valued at R1600 arrived at JHB international airpprt on the 12th February, I was informed to pay custom tax to globe fright of R 680, witch I did ,one week later globe fright phoned and told me my package was ******, but will be informed in 2 days what will be done and that never happend now another month went by my customs money of R 680 is missing my package of R1600 is still missing. Globe fright said to me a staff member stole it and they will replace. SO two and a half months and I have not been phoned , my money was not replaced nothing so I want to warn the public of this *****s
