UNRELIABLE SERVICE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT FROM GLOBEFLIGHT

Pathetic service ! Paid for overnight delivery service - advised my document will be picked up on 24/05 between 14h00 and 16h00 and never was! The company the document was with had to inform me that the document had not been picked up - NOT EVEN GLOBEFLIGHT knew this as when i called them they were unaware of the situaton! Now I am being told that the document unlikely will get to destination address before 16h00 today ... so when i asked the Durban office ( where initial request had been made) why then am i paying for overnight delivery when it will not be overnight and meet initial requirements, as it is useless to me if it arrives after 12 pm today as it then may as well be Monday that it arrives !- advised DISCOUNTS very difficult to process but i can be offered 50% discount on next delivery ! LIKE I WOULD EVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN.
