Truly useless close it down

Im shocked how this company is still in business, first they deliver a wrong, than they go get your order which they delivered to the incorrect person and bring it to you as it as, already OPENED and has scratch marks, We are already in a crisis with Covid -19 and you guy still have the audacity to bring me a package opened by someone as you people made the error. which I paid R3800 for. This is above useless.
