Slow and unreliable. Avoid.

According to their parcel tracking, they collected a parcel to be delivered to me on 16 April 2018. It stayed in "processing" state until 5th May, when they claim to have delivered to my work address. The person listed as receiving the parcel, says the courier did arrive, but did not leave anything, because I was not present. Queries about this are ignored.
