Shocking service

Called last week Monday, spoke to Banele and got the booking ref number ********** . I called back on Thursday and the parcel was not collected. Banele told me he would call me back to find out. Nothing happened until Friday Morning when I tried a few times to call him but I got no answer. I eventually spoke to another lady who had to re-book it and got a reference number ********** . I called again this morning and spoke to Yvonne, the parcel STILL has not been collected. With no guarantee of the parcel being collected she re-booked the collection and told me it would be collected before 13:00 today and I got a reference of ********** .

This is not the first time this has occurred and is costing the company business.
