Pathetic Service
I am still awaiting the delivery of a textbook that was dispatched on 18 January 2022, when I track the parcel it is apparently stuck at the facility in Mthatha. Not only are they slow to deliver our parcels, none of their stuff picks up their calls both the Mthatha and East London facility, but Mthatha has to be the worst.
