Pathetic Service

<p>After days of calling requesting an explanation as to why my parcels were not delivered on time, I get called by someone from another region giving (with an attitude) a 'cover-our-your-know-what' explanation. </p> <p>I had made arrangements on two different occasions and paid more than what I would have to their competitors.</p> <p>The management is very unprofessional, they seem to never respond well to customer queries (when you find something wrong).</p> <p> </p>
