Pathetic Attitude and Service

The company I work at (Tevo) makes use of Globeflight as a courier to get orders delivered to our customers nationwide. I called through to enquire on an order for a customer and was put through to Asanda. Who had a don't care attitude and from the get go did not even answer with correct etiquette or even announce herself. As i was explaining the situation i was cut off and put through to another guy named Class who did not know much as well. Please note that i will ensure this account is re-looked at and taken away from Globeflight if this is the type of service Globeflight prides themselves in as Asanda cut me off and then i was put through to Class who knew nothing and after 17 minutes of nothing the call was dropped on me..well done to Globeflight on loosing this account.
