Non Delivery Of Parcel

I ordered a wedding gown from china and it entered south africa on 11.05.2015 - I paid the duties and taxes on the 20.05.2015 after I had to request an invoice multiple times! Today is the 02.06.2015 and my parcel has not been delivered. I will not be using globeflight again they are ***********. I will also be advising anyone not to use them as they are useless! I work on tight deadlines and the clients wedding is going to be over and then the dress will still not be delivered!!!
