Lost parcel and No refund
This is literally a ****...Any1 who uses this company must use it at own risk...I was told I would refunded 20 dollars instead of the 281 dollars...I sent them proof of payment and they are still refusing to refund me...I feel soo scanned of my money and if they are genuine why did they have to wait for me to call them before telling me my parcel is lost? After a whole 14 days...The level of unprofessionalism is shocking....
