Late Urgent Parcel Pick Up

I requested for a parcel to be collected 09:00 in the morning for delivery the same day. 14:30 the parcel was collect not for delivery the same day. you cannot get hold of anyone, the phone keeps ringing emails are not answered. Ever since DSV bought Globe Flight their service is worse than the local post office. The parcel I needed to be delivered was urgent documentation.
