Invading my privacy

<p>I work for a company in Durban and i reside in Johannesburg. Almost three times a week I get work stuff sent to me from there....lately the courier guys have been leaving my parcels next door with my neighbour without me knowing.....sometimes I go for days without even knowing a parcel was left there for me.....It's not an obligation for my neighbour to recieve a parcel on my behalf and I don't expect you guys to leave anything there....you call me to set an appointment when it's pick up why can't you do the same when delivering....I tried calling your customer care yesterday the guy I spoke to gave me the operations manager's number and his name Hugo...I spent the whole day calling but he didn't pick the phone...</p>
