How do they get away with it

After being informed by supplier that Globeflight was given the task to courier my purchase I approached them by phone as their website is *******.Answer - wait for it-we gave the parcel to another courier - this is their telephone number.I didn't enter into a contract with ANOTHER COURIER. I must now chase my purchase after 11 days waiting because Globeflight has given it to another company!!. I don't know what they pay customer service personnel in this company,but the impression is not good.
