Globeflight unprofessional service provider

We would like to express our concern about the unprofessional behaviour of employees that work at Globe flight .They have failed to deliver 2 documents .1 being on the 13th of August 2021 and the second one on the 20th of August 2021 .The main problem that we have realised about the people who work there is attitude they cant even explain politely to a client that there has been an error on their side .on the 13th Mpumelelo Sophangiso said it was not her fault because she does not work night shift . Today Nelly Mashavha said there was a strike in the Nkangala district municipality area however when our Director decided to fetch the document from globeflight to Nkangala he found out that there was no unrest on the road. This has therefore made us lose trust in the service that globe flight provides as we are experiencing a high level of disrespect.
