Globeflight non service delivery

Good morning, yesterday 09/08/2018 a public holiday I booked a collection with Globeflight from Durban and asked that the envelope would be delivered at dawn in Germiston. I send the collection request thru at 09:35 am and spoke to Nikita Govender at Globeflight. While we spoke I made the payment and confirmed that she received the proof of payment and the collection was ready to be collected. Being a public holiday I paid R996 instead of the normal R442 for the delivery. That must give you an indication that I am very serious about getting the envelope thirst thing Friday morning. I went to collect the envelope this morning and nothing. I then called Globeflight and then spoke to Nikita again to ask if she could inform me where my delivery is. She then told me that she send me an email regarding an issue they had collecting the envelope. The email was send today 06:33 10/08/2018. The envelope was left at a garage's kiosk in Umbilo Durban, they are open 24/7 and if Globeflight was serious about giving me any kind of service they would have called me and I would have easily assisted the collection driver to obtain said envelope. This non delivery is costing me now my whole business to not operator this weekend till Tuesday morning. I cant start to explain how devastated I am about this. All of this could have been resolved by a simple phone call.
