Globe Flight - very bad client service

Terrible client service. After holding on the phone for over 25 minutes waiting for someone to actually answer their extension - I eventually spoke to someone who promised to find out when my shipment would be delivered and they would phone me back before close of business. Needless to say, I heard nothing from them. Had to phone again and wait for a further 30 minutes to speak to someone. Really useless company.
