FROM GLOBEFLIGHT TO SMASHED FLIGHT

Received parcel from Cape Town this morning. Despite 'fragile'- and 'do not stack' stickers as well as clear instructions to pack upright, and not flat, the glass of the watercolour painting was smashed to pieces which resulted in scratches to the surface of the work. I opened the parcel in front of the driver. I was even told by the driver that things were hectic this morning and items were just thrown on top of one another. You could clearly see where another heavy item was placed on top of my parcel. This is just unacceptable service.
