Fantastic in every way!

I had a great experience with Globeflight. Phoned the call centre at 3pm on Friday and got to Bongani. Urgently needed to get a package to the Cape. Asked other companies earlier in the day and they charged exorbitant prices and said it is too late in the day to send a package, but not for Bongani. He arranged the driver to pick up the parcel while still sorting out the quote and arranged for a great discount as well. He kept me posted hourly on the driver's progress through peak time traffic, even telling me that I can phone him on his cell if the driver doesn't arrive. The package was on a truck to CPT by midnight on Friday. Their minimum time for road freight is 48h. I was amazed to receive another call on Monday 7am to tell me the package arrived at the Cape Town hub. By 9am the package was delivered in perfect condition in Paarl- 24 hours earlier than the time I requested! Globeflight - call centre efficiency, great prices, caring, passionate staff and on time delivery. What more could you ask of a courier company? !
